- Domestic (Vietnam): We deliver nationwide via reputable couriers (e.g., Giao Hàng Nhanh, Viettel Post).
- International Shipping: Currently not supported. Stay tuned for future updates.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Hanoi & HCMC: 1–2 working days.
- Other provinces: 2–4 working days.
- Remote areas: Up to 5–7 days depending on location.
4. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping for all orders from 500,000₫ and above.
- Orders below 500,000₫ may incur a flat shipping fee based on delivery region.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email or phone number. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, your order may be returned to us.
