Payment Policy – Riseluis

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders within Vietnam.
  • Bank Transfer: Accepted via major local banks. Transfer details will be displayed at checkout.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and other international card providers are supported.
  • E-wallets: Payments accepted via Momo, ZaloPay, and ViettelPay (if integrated).

2. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store any of your credit or debit card information.

3. Currency

All transactions are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND – ₫). If you pay with an international card, your issuing bank may apply currency conversion fees.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation with your order and payment details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • Please double-check your card information or bank account details.
  • Try using an alternative payment method if the issue persists.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, Riseluis reserves the right to cancel any transaction that appears suspicious or fraudulent. If canceled, you will be notified and fully refunded.
