3. Order Confirmation

• Each promotional code can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
• After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return Policy for further actions.
